![]() Hi,
From a glance at the website, it states that 'Blizzard' has an extra-tightly woven cover. It is designed to be hard to get into, which probably makes it all but impossible to splice. I'd be inclined to cut it up into convenient lengths for lashing, and get a double braid designed for splicing--NE Ropes' Sta-set is my favorite. Ben |

![]() Hi again,
From what I can see, this is not Blizzard; that has two tracer colors in every color, and is much more smoothly made than what you show. Where did you buy it? Fair leads, Brion Toss |

![]() I purchased that line though Nautos-USA out of Florida. I've used some of their blocks and they have seemed to hold up well. When buying the blocks for my adjustable genoa cars I saw they had a sale on this line. Figured it was one less trip to get everything for this project and ordered it. I'll look again when I get home from this work trip but I believe it has both the yellow and white tracers that the Lanex page shows.
