Default CarbonFiber Rig work

Hello,
I was wondering what kind of drill bits you use in carbon rigs, and how long do they hold up. We work with alot of carbon rigs, and the bits we use only last, maybe 5-10 holes before they are so dull they wander and make a sloopy hole. Was wondering if anyone here has a better kind of bit that will last longer.
Thanks
