Default Rod rigging on C&C 30 MKII

Hello all,
I can not believe its been a year and a half since my last post. I must have gathered enough good information from this group to last that long!
I am looking to purchase another boat. A C&C 30 MKII that has seen very little use in the last 10 years.
The concern I have is with the rig, as it is original which would put it at about 30 years old. Has anyone out there have a rod rig that is still going strong after 30 years?

Can anybody give an estimate of what it might cost to replace the rod rigging.
If it was wire, I would do it myself like I did on my Columbia 29. And if I decided to pull the rod off one at a time, how is it transported as the lengths are very long. Can it be made up into very large coils?
Thanks in advance for any helpful information
Your mate.
Bob
