Default Below deck shroud extensions

What do you call the stays that many big boats have below decks that tie the shroud landing plates to the hull? I'm thinking about adding them to my boat, but can't figure out what to search for...I know they would be custom, but the attachments, etc. must be available somewhere.

I've seen tie rods used for that purpose.

I own two boats with tie rods, but I was hoping there's a nautical term for the things. I'd like to consider wire versions for an old plastic boat whose deck just isn't up to the strain after 40 years, despite my rebuilding the deck core.
