Tension gauges

I have a C&C 38 with rod rigging and was looking to purchase a tension gauge. I really only need it to check my shroud and back stay tension. I have a back stay adjuster but the tension gauge is broken. The only one I can find for rod is Loos RT10M. The rod sizes are 5 and 7.1mm. However, i believe a new Loos gauge cost somewhere north of $400 compared to $120 for a wire cable gauge. Is there anyone else who manufactures gauges?
