Default O'day 35 stay configuration measurement

Thanks for responses. Relooked at boat. Top of all stays and shrouds are ball and stem fittings. The bottoms on port and starboard are Navtek u bolt chain plates. The stays are use an upset toggle with opening up to connect to an eye on the turnbuckle. So would those PLCs be from the intersection of the ball and stem to the center of the chain plate u or the center of the upset pin in top of the toggle. Fore and back stays have T stems on the turnbuckles with a u with opening down with upset pin through open end and tang. Would PLC be from the intersection of the ball and the stem to the T cross pin or to the upset toggle pin through the tang.

Thanks for assistance.
