Hi,
Is there a difference between a foot block and a cheek block or is it just a language difference? Thanks, David

There is not really a difference, but if I had to make one I'd say a cheek block has an recognizable base plate or strap, whereas a footblock is fastened through the actuall block cheeks and has no separate base or strap.

Thats my $0.02 on the matter

A foot block is much stronger than a cheek block.
