I am considering purchasing a 30 year-old sailboat with rod-rigging that is in Valdez, AK and have some questions...
1. Are there any yacht riggers in Alaska capable of doing a rig inspection as part of a buyer's survey?
2. Do you riggers normally open up terminals to inspect cold heads of rod rigging during a pre-purchase survey?
3. Are there any secret tricks to dependably guess the condition of rod rigging short of direct inspection of the cold heads?
4. Any of you riggers planning a bus-man's holiday to Prince William Sound this spring?
