Default Looking for Work?

Weird post I know, but the only rigger we had in New Orleans La, has recently been arrested and will be spending the next 20 years behind bars. Unfortunatly this leaves a major vacume here in town with only a few people able to do more than simple splicing and no one to do professional quality work.

I don't know if the company that employed our guy is currently looking to replace him, though I would imagine so. But if you have ever though New Orleans would be a fun place to live and are qualified this may be a good oportunity to walk into market completely lacking any professional riggers.

If you might be interested feel free to contact me at Stumble at me dot com, or 504-251-2588.

I have flown into the Big Easy a number of times over the last few years, and can attest to the fact that a rigger could make a decent living there - plenty of need. Every job i go for i end up picking another one up.

Someone should really be working there....

Great Climate too, and good food!

Its kind of sad, out rigger got arrested and convicted of some nasty stuff I really don't feel confortable dicussing, but he got 20 years and won['t be back. Leaving the rebuilding sailing community with not a single person who professionally does splices, let alone rig work, or even would know what to do with a nico press. The closest person I know of is now more than 90 miles away in Mississippi. Obviously leaving a huge vacume here for a skilled person.
