do spars and booms ever come with instruction maunals?

This is probably the dumbest question ever asked in this forum i know..... I'm just getting a little bothered by the information,or lack of, I'm finding out there. I have an Isomat NG60 mast and an NB40 boom. I have been looking in vain for a manual or drawings from the them and zilch. zilch isn't exactly true I get RIGRITE lots and lots of RIGRITE. I called them a few minutes ago simple question pertaining to sheave size for slab furling setup and felt like the person on the other end of the line was more clueless than myself. Is that possible? If there is no manual out there is there anyone out there very familiar with these masts and booms and reefing systems that could spend maybe 10 minutes on the phone with me. I wish this was a replacement part, but believe it or not this mast has been sitting in a warehouse for 20 years and is now finally being rigged by a complete novice. Needless to say a few little things are missing.
