yes, what tom said. straight feed,, straight cable into fitting when swaging, make sure the die drive keyways are square not shifted, use the exit guide if at all possible, be attentive.

Also, the fittings out of those things look aweful with creases down the side. The more out of tune the machine is the worse they look too.

Do any of you know of any testing to check weather swages by roller machines are weaker than by rotary hammer ?
