Hello,
I'm drawing a blank on the manufacturer that uses the stars, but there isn't a lot of variation among the various makes. Measure the pin diameter and look up Hayn or Navtec.
As for quality, that's a whole other thing; my favorite, in terms of design, quality control, and customer service, is definitely Hayn.
