Endless loop in double braid

I am having trouble finding out how to make an endless loop for my Hood 705 SeaFurl.
I need information about making something like a long splice.
I'm using 1/2" double braid and this application runs my furling line thru a tapered pulley so I can't allow very much enlargment at the splice.
