Default Sydney

Hello All,
Well I had a blast giving the Falls of Clyde presentation in Melbourne. Patrick Appleton, a fervent supporter of the barque Polly Woodside sponsored the event, and the group restoring the Alma Doepel provided the venue. Patrick very kindly took us on a tour of the Woodside later that day. It is a grand old barque, deserving of more and better attention than the local Trust is giving it. I look forward to working with Patrick on a preservation plan.
Meanwhile our tour of Australia is drawing to a close. But before we go a group in Sydney, who heard about the Melbourne talk, invited me to give it at a local sailing club. We'll be posting details soon.
Fair leads,
Brion Toss

Hi again,
The talk will be held at 1 Green St Cremorne Point Sydney, at 7:30pm, on February 13th. The topic will be the scariest, most difficult project I've ever been involved in: the downrigging of the beautiful 4-masted ship Falls of Clyde No charge for admission. Hoping to see some of you there.
Fair leads,
Brion Toss
