Default help with identifying a part

Hi there,

I've just joined the forum. I have a sailloft in the NE of England.

I have recently bought a second-hand Wire-Teknik 200 roll swager and a talurit swager with no manufacturers name but the dies have Davison stamped on. I wonder if anybody can help me identify a part from the talurit swager? Bolted to the wooden base is a U shaped fitting approx. 5" long and 4 1/2" high. The right hand side of the fitting has a spring covered handle that moves in and out and spins freely and has a wire clamp attatched to the inside end of the handle. The left side has a wire clamp on the outside and free spinning L shaped piece of metal on the inside. Wire can pass through the clamps and through the body of the fitting. Can anybody help?
