Default Rig Tension Gauge

Wondering if anybody knows of a gauge for reading rig tension on larger cables,

Default what size?

i have a loos guage model # PT-3 which is one of their "professional" models. it can measure tension for 1/4", 9/32", 5/16" and 3/8" 1x19 wire.
