Default Santana 22 shroud tension?

Morning sailors...

I'm looking for some advice regarding shroud tension for an '01 Santana 22 sailed on SF bay. Best I've seen is 380 uppers, 480 lowers but I've not been successful finding a lot of advice.

If anyone is in the know please can you tell me what would be good shroud (and stay) tension for a newer Santana 22 sailed on the 'light' winds of SF bay.

Many thanks, -Dave Ge, Redwood City, CA

Default Tension

Hi,
Sorry to have let this one linger. The numbers you mention sound like they are from a Loos Gauge, but even if so, I can't say if they are right for your boat with just that info. You might want to get a copy of my tuning video, and follow up after you've memorized it.
Fair leads,
Brion Toss
