Default Chainplates

I am replacing the chainplates on my 1977 Allied Mistress MKIII Ketch and trying to decide on 316L or Titanium Grade 5. What would you advise?

Hi,
Titanium, unless there is some overwhelming reason, like tricky fabrication, to do stainless.
Fair leads,
Brion Toss

Default Titanium Chainplates

Biron, the chainplates on my Allied Mistress are internal. Can I use stainless nuts & bolts or do I need to upgrade to titanium also?

Thank you, Lad
