Hi everyone,
We have a wonderful client who has fallen on hard times, and he is interested in unloading his brand new rig at a tremendous bargain rate. Included are two masts, two booms, a Schaefer 4100 furler, all new type 316 standing rigging, with brand-new Sta-Lok's, assorted new winches, plus turnbuckles and all running rigging. There have also been extensive -- and expensive -- hardware upgrades and replacements.
The spars are box-section Sitka Spruce, and have been utterly rebuilt by the legendary Steve Chapin, here in P.T. They are in much-better-than-new condition, and have received an optical-quality paint job with two-part LP. Basically, this owner went all-out to create an ideal rig, and then his business went down the drain.
We'll be inventorying and photographing the pieces soon, but if this sounds like the kind of thing that you might need, be in touch. The tricky part will be moving the masts (the main is over 80ft), but that would be true no matter what.
