Default Sta-Lok assembly issue

I have been assembling Sta-Lok fittings for my rig, I'm replacing all eight stays with new wires with mechanical fittings. I have assembled four fittings, all eyes, two 1/2 inch and two 7/16 inch all 7/32 wire. The first two, the half inch, tightened down a bit further than the second two, the 7/16 eyes. The first have about 5mm of thread showing at the other two have somewhere between 7 and 8mm showing. Should I be concerned about this variation? I am almost certain it is caused by the cone having slid up slightly on the first two terminals, probably because I wasn't as careful as I should have been, but I am equally sure that the wire formed correctly on all four terminals and no wire got stuck in the slot.
