Default Rolled vs rotary swage diameter chart?

Is there a chart for the acceptable diameter of a rolled swage, as there is a chart for rotary swages? My rolled swage 1/8" line and fitting (two passes at 90 degrees to one another) resulted in a few thousandths over the .219 that is specified for a rotary swage. I did check my results with the Roller Swage Guage for Sleeved Terminals and my rolled swage fit perfectly. This application is not critical, but my next job is.

I have a 3/32 standing rigging of 316 coming up next. I need to know if the final diameter on a rolled swage is indeed larger than on a rotary swage. It makes sense that this would happen as one examines the processes, but I need assurance that I am producing a safe, dependable, high quality product.

Is there any difference in roller swaging 3/32 line of 304 or 316 SS?

Loos M1 instructions "allow" for a third, maximum fourth, pass. Do these additional passes refer to one of the SSs or are they for worn die compensation...or?

Are there any ways to adjust the Kearney or compensate for any wear on the dies? So far it seems that this set-up is good, but knowledge is power...ask now, know later!

Thanks in advance...
