Default Angelman 45 MotorSailor Re-fit/ Sheaves

I am involved Re-Fitting an 45 Ft Angelman MotorSailor, She
was built in 1960 at WILBO in So-Cal. We are in the process of
converting the Wire Sheaves to run rope halyards in 7/16 or 1/2 inch
line. The Stainless Sheaves can be viewed at boatdesignnet:

Default Sheaves

Thank For responding, I have not checked this site in a while.
I actually found some UHMW Sheaves that were worn out and
turned them on the Lathe on one of our Ships, here is a link:

The non-profit group I work with is www.friendships.org

Also a Link to a video I made of Haitian Sailing vessels while delivering

Thank you Brion for your reply, I have used your books for years and
will be teaching a Sail Training program with what I have learned from it.

Merry Christmas,
