Default C6+ Rigging

So a rep from Southern Spars stopped by today to show off their new pultruded carbon rigging solution. Looks like really neat stuff. I tried to ask some tough questions, and the guy knew all the answers.

Probably the most impressive was in response to my inquriey about why the forestay on the V70 'Green Dragon' failed. Turns out the stainless steel 'stemball' upper 'toggle' actually seperated (not part of their design but provided by the mast builder)- but the carbon forestay was fine.

The stuff seems really cool, and to anyone that can afford a set of rigging that costs 2.5X as much as rod I say, GIVE IT A TRY!

on and on
