Default Flicka 20 stormsails and rigging

Greetings, I have a few questions as for the setup for storm sails on a Flicka 20. I have a hank on headsail, and am curious if I will need a cutter stay to brign the center of effort closer to the mast. If nessary, how should I proceed in going, might running backstays be nessary? Know as far as the trysail sheeting in concerned. Is it ok to use the clew reef line as the trysail outhaul / sheeting point? The reef line is led to a sheave at the end of the boom and then to a small cabintop snubbing winch. I was planning on lashing a small line around the boom / trysail sheet to prevent chaffe in the sheet and sheave when in use and it blowing out. Any input on these setups? Thanks!!
