Default Tuff-Gel vs Tef-Gel

I just noticed that USS has a product called Tuff-Gel which seems better suited for many rigging uses. Unlike their Tef-Gel, it it an adhesive. I had some bad luck a number of years ago with tef-gel treated fasteners in my windvane vibrating out in the middle of the night.
A called USS and asked about an adhesive version of Tef-Gel. It didn't exist then, but it does now.

Has anyone used it? Or know where to buy it? Is it meant for dissimilar metals?
There's not much info on the web site:

I'm rebuilding my mast, and I was nervous about using a non-adhesive compound to bed the fasteners.
