Default Double cup stemball

I've followed the talks since long but this is my first message.
Hi everyone!
The upper shrouds on my boat are 7mm but curiously the stemball head is 26mm diameter and go with a 34mm cup.
I wasn't able to find any swage fitting like this.
Seems that the stemball for the 7mm is 21mm head diameter, 26mm cup and the stemball I should install is for the 8mm wire.
Should I go one size up and install a 8mm wire with the correct head or is possible to put two cup on the same wire as somebody suggested me??
The normal cup for the 7mm wire head and the bigger cup that will fit on the Isomat must head.
Or is it just possible to find somewhere the correct swage fitting??
Thank you for the input!
Roberto

Default Fit

Hello and welcome,
Many such stemballs feature a double cup, to allow for a greater variety of wire sizes in the same socket. I would only go up a wire size if the wire were too small...
To get official confirmation, check with the good people at Sailing Services, in Miami.
Fair leads,
