Hello All,

I have just joined this forum after a couple of people suggested that I visit Brion's webpage. I have enjoyed sailing and tinkering with the rig on various sail boats for 30 years. I really look forward to increasing my knowledge and skill in traditional rigging. A quick thanks to our host, Brion, for a wonderful and well written book. The hope I have is that my questions will not be too plebean or simplistic. If they are, oh well, we all have to start somewhere.

Regards,
Hugh

Welcome to the forum It's not the busiest of forums but it's all about quality here, not quantity. Feel free to ask away.

Thanks Matthew - I look forward to learning more about traditional rigging and also where to find "traditional" supplies like Brion mentions in his book.
Regards,
Hugh
