Default Other factors

Hello,
You will be limited in how much you can rake your mast in any event. But there are other, far more powerful helm-balancing factors, like fore-and-aft trim, stay tension, outhaul tension, luff tension, traveler position, and so on, so I usually treat rake, within limits, as an aesthetic consideration.
