Navtec cones...
 

Greetings from the land of the long white cloud.
So as most of us in the rigging community will know Navtec have stopped production of their Norseman Gibb wire range (and fittings).
So the question is who has, or knows of anyone who has squirreled away a little stash of Norseman cones that they would like to cash up?
I could just sell the guy a swaged rig, but being a good bloke i'm trying to help the guy out.
So if there are any sources of Norsman cones for imperial wire, send me a PM. I'm mostly interested in smaller sizes: 1/4, 9/32, and 5/16.

Word is that one of the companies that formerly supplied Navtec will be producing wedges as replacement parts soon. Stay tuned.

Navtec's press release talks about some products being made by Impact Alloys, their site does not mention anything though.
Plenty of sailors out there with Norsemans in for some expensive surprises:(.....
