Anyone recognize this rope? I suspect an off brand...

Perhaps for rockclimbing?
 

There are many brands of rockclimbing line with weaves like that. What's the construction and diameter like? Brands to check: Mammut, Edelweiss, Edelreid, PMI, ROCA, Black Diamond, Petzl, Sterling, Blue Water (made by NER). Sorry I can't be specific, but the sight triggered a memory of my old climbing days.

It's 6mm European double braid marine line. Just not sure what brand or exactly what it is. I'll cut it open. I don't think it is HM line. If it's not obvious to anyone what it is don't waste your time. Thanks.
